Logline: A man seeks revenge on those who killed his wife and son and left him a paraplegic. It is Mad Max in a wheelchair. Synopsis: "Napalm" is written along the lines of films such as "Mad Max" and "Escape from New York". The story is set in Waikiki, Hawaii. The once tropical paradise is now a battleground for the warring native "WKC" gang and the ferocious "One 8 Seven" gang lead by, THE GENERAL, over the control and distribution of a drug called "Tic". NAPALM, a modest engineer and native martial arts instructor, along with his family, are caught in the middle of a shootout between the gangs. The event takes the lives of his wife and son and leaves Napalm a paraplegic. After a year of rehabilitation, Napalm ventures out armed with his deadly mechanical creations, to exact revenge on The General, the man directly responsible for their deaths. Standing in his way is a drug dependent stripper, a corrupt senator on a presidential campaign and the U. S. military who have been ordered to exterminate all outlaws, good or bad. Napalm discovers that the deeper he digs the more sordid and treacherous the reality of his world has become and that he has more in common with The General than he would like to admit.
