This is another very funny storybook and the 9th book in the FUNNY SIDE OF series. Written and fully colour illustrated by author and illustrator John L D Barnett. This funny fictitious story revolves around Chris Cringle who was born in the late 1700s when there was major poverty among the population. Chris lives with his parents George and Mildred Cringle in a little village on the outskirts of London and in his spare time he makes toys for all the children. Eventually, after some very funny adventures, Chris Cringle becomes well known throughout the land as Father Christmas.
