Major depression is one of the most painful unwanted experiences, and is unfortunately frequent. When living it, the patients' worlds change in all their aspects, and all what they do want is to return back to their normal previous mental state by any mean. Hope is the main powerful tool to help them getting rid of this illness, a- nd does represent the solid component on which are b- ased all the different adapted treatments, as medicati- ons, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis. In this book we w- ill see the importance of colors as a tool of hope, as the patients will shift from the notion of loved favorite c- olors, to hope favorite colors, and we will use drawing-s made by patients themselves with permission, for ou- r purpose.
