Publisher Marketing: We're up against more dark force warriors 'n it's all my fault this time. I had the bright idea of usin the old treasure chests the Dracula family had broken up 'n was usin as firewood. We went 't Transylvania 'n put 'em back together usin our mass transformation powers, brought 'em back 'n stuck a bunch of Nebuchadnezzar's treasures in 'em. John found we was missin ever one of the Dracula chests we'd put back together 'n the treasures that was in 'em too. That wasn't the worst of it, it was Vlad Dracula 'n the thirty Dracula monks that had died with him that took 'em. The minute we put our hands on them broken up old chests we released their evil souls 'n the dark force gave 'em powers matchin ours 'n then some. There was thirty one of 'em countin Vlad. It was the biggest 'n most ferocious bunch of dark force warriors we'd had 't deal with yet. Even when we got nough help fer us 't try 'n deal with 'em they was takin over the world faster than we could keep up with 'em. We headed back 't Planet X 'n ya ain't gonna believe what we found there. I'll tell ya now I made another awful dumb mistake after visitin Planet X. Thanks fer comin along, these adventures ain't the same without ya. Gramps Contributor Bio:  Holmberg, Branton K I'm a grandfather, and great grandfather, and count those among the greatest achievements of my life. Of course no grandfather, grand or great, can accomplish such an honored status without the grandmother, both grand and great, and children who help create such blessings. I'm truly grateful. I spent many years as a university administrator and classroom professor, and also became an entrepreneur. I'm very long in the tooth and retired many years ago. I've always pushed myself to risk taking the next step in challenges I find daunting. Over the years I've found I've written thousands of pages related to my career choices and know the challenges of professional writing. Some months ago I started writing adventure stories to my young grandson. They were simply a means for me to share my love of adventure stories with him. I had not intended to put them before the public eye but my loved ones, including my grandson, encouraged me to do so. So here I am taking that risky next step in a challenge I again find very daunting. That challenge is whether you the reader will enjoy readin my stories as much as I have enjoyed creating them. I have thrown off the shackles of conventionality and resorted to using the lingo of a late nineteenth century cowpoke. Believe me when I tell you I'm murdering the English language.
